Milkde Fribourg: Milk chocolate ganache with milk from the canton of Fribourg, coated with Swiss Milk chocolate 36%.

Here is Fribourg : White chocolate ganache 29% with Madagascar vanilla extract, coated with dark chocolate 63%.

Old-fashioned chocolate: Ganache with 65% dark chocolate and a hazelnut praline with caramelized cocoa chips, all coated with 63% dark chocolate.
