Specialist in Swiss milk chocolate, we have been producing 100% of our chocolate in Fribourg, Switzerland since 1901. Our Swiss Master chocolate makers perpetuate the tradition to offer you a chocolate with a unique taste and smoothness: a rigorous selection of the best beans, good Swiss milk, Swiss sugar, a blending of cocoa and a roasting of the beans batch by batch, a careful conching and the love of a job well done

We have always been committed to our employees, our partners, our customers and our environment. Our goal is to offer the best chocolate while closely respecting the values of transparency, both in the choice of raw materials and ingredients and in the establishment of partnerships with our suppliers. For this reason, we have always favoured Swiss raw materials and suppliers. This is why we are proud of our collaboration with local Swiss producers who have enabled us to set up a chocolate production with 100% Swiss milk and 100% Swiss sugar. In addition, we are also committed to the Swiss Sustainable Cocoa Platform as a member to improve the conditions of cocoa farmers and support sustainable management in the cocoa sector

Know-how

Inspired by Swiss values, we are deeply rooted in our local environment. We choose to work alongside local farmers who care about the well-being of their herds, in order to harvest milk of incomparable quality and purity. We also pay tribute to the precision and mastery of previous generations by carefully selecting our ingredients and roasting the cocoa beans ourselves. It is the marriage of this pure Swiss milk and selected cocoa beans, sublimated by the know-how of our Swiss Master Chocolatiers, which is found in all the finesse and typicity of our Villars chocolates. By taking the best of tradition and creating what makes it better, we have probably one of the best milk chocolates in the world. (and maybe also dark, blond, white...?)
