General terms of use of the site - Personal data policy (content March 2020)

Your privacy is important to us and we take the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation (Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (hereinafter DPA RS 235.1) and, where applicable, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter GDPR)). This document informs you about the processing carried out on this website and about your rights.

Collection and storage

We collect and store your personal data in a proportionate manner, i.e. to the extent necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations and ensure high quality services, namely for the purpose of managing customer relations, order processing and tracking, invoicing and tracking. To order our products, you can either create an account or not.

Contact Forms

When you contact us by the means of the form for a general question, you must refer your civility, name, first name, and email address. A form is also available when placing an order. These forms are stored on a secure server, for the purpose of processing and tracking the request. No personal data concerning you is transmitted to third parties, apart from the service providers essential to the processing of the request (the carrier for orders, the banking institution for payments).

Cookies and statistical tools

We collect the IP address of our users, for analysis and continuous improvement,... We use two types of cookies, some are essential to access the information on the site, others allow us to offer you a better navigation and improve our pages. You can set these here. (link). These cookies are managed by our partner Communication with the Cookiebot tool. All Cookiebot data is stored on Microsoft infrastructure servers in Dublin. This data is stored in a second Microsoft data centre in Amsterdam and on Cookiebot servers in Denmark. This data is stored for 12 months and then deleted.

Right of access

In accordance with the DPA, you have the right to access (including correction and deletion) your data.
