Our couverture chocolate is ideal for all your culinary creations and pastries. Their professional quality is suitable for coating your desserts. Their practical pistol shape makes them easy to measure out but also to enjoy for a little gourmet break!

Good to know: our 200g bags of baking chocolate contain just the right amount to make the famous Villars hot chocolate at home. Nothing could be easier! Start by gently melting the chocolate in a saucepan, then add 1L of milk while stirring gently. You will obtain a delicious 100% Swiss hot chocolate for 4 people. Enjoy!
